直动从动件凸轮机构的优化设计

OPTIMAL DESIGN OF CAM MECHANISM WITH RECTILINEAR MOTION FOLLOWER

在直动从动件秃凸轮机构的设计模型中，以其升程时传动效率最佳作为优化设计的目标函数，采用广义简约梯度法求解，整个设计过程在ＩＢＭ—ＰＣ机上调试运行，合理确定出凸轮机构的全部运动设计尺寸，为直动从动件凸轮机构的设计提出了一种新的设计方法．

A new generalized reduced gradient method is used in designing coil earn mechanism with rectiliear motion follwer. The objective function for the optimal design of rectiliear motion earn mechanism with optimum transmission efficiency is proposed. All geometrical sizes of earn mechanism can be easily obtained in IBM-PC.
