On January 4^th, the first working day of 2007, Vice Minister Mr. Hu Siyi paid a special visit to Rural Hydropower Bureau to listen to the work report presented by the new leadership group. Director of Rural Hydropower Bureau, Mr. Tian Zhongxing gave the report on working circumstance and development.
