抗蜱免疫研究Ⅰ.中华硬蜱叮咬免疫接种宿主后其吸血、生殖能力的变化 被引量:4

摘要 本文选用中华硬蜱(Ixodessinensis,Teng)雌性成虫唾液腺抗原(SGA)对家兔进行人工免疫接种,在按常规方法免疫接种三次后,用中华硬蜱成虫进行感染(叮咬),分别观察唾液腺抗原接种组、佐剂对照组和空白对照组中华硬蜱的吸血、生殖情况。结果显示,中华硬蜱叮咬唾液抗原免疫接种兔后其吸血量、产卵量均较对照组显著降低,其中大部分雌蜱不能达到饱食状态,蜱的吸血量较佐剂和空白对照组分别下降61.48%和66.04%;中华硬蜱吸血时间略有延长,产卵量指数降低。并对蜱抗原免疫接种诱导宿主产生特异性抵抗力进行了分析讨论。 In this paper,resistance to adult female Ixodes sinensis was investigated in rabbits following immunization with extracts derived from salivary gland antigens(SGA).The ticks ( Ixodes sinensis) infestated the rabbits having been immunized 3 times using conventional method.The homatophagia and reproduction of Ixodes sinensis of the SGA immunization group were observed and compared with those of the adjuvant group and normal control group.The results showed that the engorgement weights and egg production of the immunization group were declined than those of the two control groups significantly.Most of ticks could not reach engorgement and the engorgement weight declined by 61 48% and 66 04% than that of the adjuvant and normal control group respectively.The attachment period of Ixodes sinensis was lengthened and the mean egg production index declined.The artificial induction of resistance to ticks using vaccination is discussed.
