摘要
本文测定了不同时期采集的银杏树叶中17种氨基酸的含量。结果表明,银杏叶中水解氨基酸的总含量分别为15.09%,11.87%,9.97%,和7.14%;游离氨基酸的总含量分别为0.76%,0.28%。
In this paper,the content of amino acids in the leaf of Ginkgo biloda L.Collected in different growing phase had been determined.The results revealed that total amino acids content in hydrolysate of the leaves of Ginkgo biloda L.collected in July,August,September and October amounted to 10.09%,11.87%,9.97% and 7.14%,respectively;the content of free amino acids in the leaves collected in Sept.and Oct.were 0.76%,0.28%.respectively.
