摘要
应用Centricon-10微浓缩器和组织培养方法,探讨备用根大鼠手术侧和非手术侧脊髓后角组织小于10kD和大于10kD两种分子量组分提取液对鸡胚背根节神经元的神经突起的促生长作用。结果显示:给予备用根大鼠手术侧脊髓后角组织大于10kD组分的提取液时,背根节神经元的神经突起密度较非手术例小于10kD组分、非手术侧大于10kD组分和手术侧小于10kD组分者密度明显增大.提示部分去传人纤维支配的脊髓后角组织大于10kD组分的提取液,可能含有某些促进培养鸡胚背根节神经元神经突起生长的神经营养物质.
The neurite-promoting effect of two molecular weight fractions of <10 kD and >10 kD from the extracts of operatedside and unoperated side spinal dorsal horn in spared root rat on dorsal root ganglion (DRG) from chick embryo were explored by Centricon-10 microconcentrator and tissue culture method. The result showed that DRG neurite density treated bythe extract of molecular weight fraction of >10 kD from operated side spinal dorsal horn in spared root rat was larger thanthat of the fractions of <10 kD and >10 kD from unoperated side, and the fraction of <10 kD from operated side. It is suggested that the extract of molecular weight fraction of >10 kD from part deafferented spinal dorsal horn might contain someneurotrophic active substance promoting neurite outgrowth of chick embryo DRG .in vitro.
