烟蚜种群繁殖参数的估计

THE ESTIMATION OF THE POPULATION GROWTH PARAMETERS OF GREEN PEACH APHID ON DIFFERENT HOSTS

根据采自不同寄主植物［烟草和菜心（Ｂｒａｓｓｉｃａｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓｖａｒ．ｕｔｉｌｉｓ）］烟蚜（Ｍｙｚｕｓｐｅｒｓｉｃａｅ）个体接于原寄主与新寄主上饲养研究结果数据。本文应用几个描述蚜虫种群数量动态的参数（内禀增长率ｒｍ、净增殖率Ｒ０、周限增长率λ、世代历期Ｔ）讨论蚜虫种群在不同寄主植物上的生长生殖情况。结果显示：采自烟草的蚜虫接于新寄主的蚜虫个体几个参数取值均大于接于原寄主的群体，分别为：接于烟草群体ｒｍ＝０．１９３，Ｒ０＝８．２７４，λ＝１．２１３，Ｔ＝１０．９５１；接于菜心群体ｒｍ＝０．２０８，Ｒ０＝１０．６７０，λ＝１．２３１，Ｔ＝１１．３７４。采自菜心种群接于烟草、菜心上也得到同样的结论，各参数分别为０．２６９，１９．５５１，１．３０９，１１．０４７；０．２４２，１３．１３３，１．２７４，１０．６５２。可见，烟蚜个体在菜心与烟草同样可以良好地生存、生殖，存活率与产仔量与产仔过程均近似。从转换寄主情况可见，采自原寄主上的个体，当转接于其他寄主植物上时，不仅可生存，从几个种群繁殖参数反映出。

By the experiments about the breedings of green peach aphid ( Myzus persicae ) on tobacco and chinese vegatables ( Brassica chinensis var. utilis) collected from these two hosts, several parameters concluding the instrinic increase rate (r m), net increase rate(R 0), duration of a generation (T), infinite increase rate (λ) were used for the analysis of the adaptation of the phpid on the different hosts. The results showed that these parameters of the aphid populations breeding on the vegetables from tobacco and breeding on tobacco from the vegetables were much larger than that breeding on the same hosts which were collected. The curves which described the processes of reproduction and survive were similar among different treatments. This certified that the aphid could migrated between these two hosts.
