铜铁复合粉工艺流程及性能试验分析 被引量:3

摘要 以铁粉为基体,添加铜粉采用混合烧结工艺制备FeCu20及FeCu30复合粉,在试验室条件下,制取该粉末的最佳工艺条件为:20g铁粉末,粉末尺寸约为0.053mm;取1%盐酸20ml对粉末进行约3min的酸洗,硫酸铜溶液浓度为0.4mol/L,使用量为100ml,搅拌速度选择为慢速或中等速度。影响铜铁复合粉末性能的因素由强到弱依次为:硫酸铜溶液浓度>固液比>粉末的粒度>搅拌速度。 Taking Fe powder as matrix and adding Cu powder,FeCu20 and FeCu30 composite powder Were prepared by mixed sintering process.On the condition of laboratory, the optimal process of Cu-Fe composite powder prepared is as follows: the amount of iron powder (about 0.053 mm) is 20g, 20 ml HCl solution (1%, VN) is used to wash the powder for about 3 min and 100 ml CuSO4 solution (0.4 mol/L) is used in the laboratory, the agitating velocity was slow or medium. The results show the factors, which are (form strong to weak) the CuSO4 solution concentration, solid-to liquid ratio, the particles size of powder and agitating velocity, affect the properties of the powder mainly.
