摘要
采用正交试验法考察了不同热处理条件对高速钢组织和硬度的影响。试验表明在考察温度范围内,随淬火、回火温度的提高,高速钢的硬度先增加而后降低,采用1100℃淬火和530℃回火的热处理工艺能获得较高的硬度。
The influence of different heat treatment process on structure and hardness of high speed steel (HSS) was tested by orthogonal experimental design. The results show that the hardness of HSS increases first and then decreases with the increase of the quenching temperature and tempering temperature, the high speed steel has a better structure and hardness when quenched at 1100℃ and tempered at 530℃.
