摘要
通过冲击试验、断口扫描和金相组织观察,研究了GTAW和GTAW/SMAW两种焊接方法对T92钢焊接接头韧性的影响。结果表明,焊接方法对HAZ的韧性影响不大,但对焊缝的韧性有很大的影响;奥氏体晶粒粗大及奥氏体柱状晶都能够降低焊缝的韧性,并提出了改善焊缝韧性的途径。
By impact testing, scanning electron microscope (SEM) of fracture surface and optical microscopy of micmstructure, the effect of gas tugnsten-arc welding (GTAW)/shielded metal-arc welding (SMAW) on toughness of welding joint of T92 steel was studied. The results show that welding method has little influence on toughness ofHAZ, but has a greater influence on toughness of welding metal. Either coarse or column austenite grain can decrease the toughness of welding metal,and the ways to improve the toughness of welding metal have been presented.
