摘要
对连续点焊过程中电极两端电流、电压和动态电阻进行跟踪测试,并对点焊电极不同工作状态下跟踪测试结果进行对比分析,确定出在线监测点焊电极工作状态的最佳方法。
Both sides electric currents,the voltage and the dynamic resistance were tested on continual spot welding process, the track test results under the different spot welding electrode active status were contrasted and analyzed, the best method of online detection of spot welding electrode active status was determined.
