TASK-1在大鼠脑干呼吸中枢的表达研究

摘要 采用原位杂交法检测SD大鼠脑干呼吸相关核团TASK-1 mRNA的表达,探讨TASK-1在SD大鼠呼吸中枢化学感受器的表达。结果显示,在中枢化学感受器PBC和疑核均存在TASK-1 mRNA阳性表达的细胞。这说明,TASK-1可能作为一种化学感受分子参与呼吸中枢的调控过程。 The expression of the TWIK(tandem of P domains in a weak imwardly rectifying K^+ channel)-related acid-sensitive K^+ channels-1(TASK-1)mRNA was detected by in situ hybridization in the respiratory related nucleus of brainstem and was investigated in the chemoreceptor of respiratory center of the Sprague-Dawley (SD) adult rat. The results indicate that TASK-1 was positively expressed in the pre-Botzingcr complex and ambiguous nucleus of central chemoreceptor. The results provided TASK-1 can participate in the regulation of respiratory center as a chemosensory molecule.
