摘要
利用顺序控制流程图(SFC)作为设计平台实现的自动控制系统,具有程序直观、可读性好、易于修改参数等优点。本文从实用的角度出发,以日本三菱公司的FX2系列小型PLC为例,介绍SFC在交通信号灯自动控制方面的应用设计。实践证明,该系统具有运行可靠,维护工作量小等特点,真正实现了自动化、科学化运行,具有一定的参考和推广价值。
The control system used SFC as the program tool will have wide application prospects because of the features including visual procadures,good readability,easy to modify parameters,etc. This paper mainly introduces the application design of SFC in traffic signal control system which uses the Mitsubishi' s FX2 series small PLC as an example. It is proved that this control system has many advantages such as reliable operation and small maintenance workload after putting into operation. And it also realized the automatic and scientific operations. So this roethod has high reference value.
