摘要
目的探讨急性脑缺血后出现性功能障碍的机理。方法应用蒙古沙土鼠急性脑缺血再灌注模型,对脑隔—视前区内性功能调节相关神经元光镜和电镜下的病理组织学和超微结构改变进行了观察。结果缺血5分钟再灌注造成的神经元密度和亚细胞水平的结构变化是暂时的,可在2周内恢复,10分钟脑缺血再灌注后神经元的损害加重,且在2周后尚未恢复,损害主要为膜结构如线粒体、内质网等破坏。结论神经元损伤程度与缺血时间及再灌注时间长短密切相关,脑隔—视前区内神经元的病理损害是引起性功能障碍的重要形态学依据。
Objective To explore the potential mechanism of sexual impotence post acute cerebral ischemia.Methods: Mongolian gerbils were used as transient cerebral ischemia animal models.After five and ten minutes of cerebral ischemia and at various recirculation times ranging from 4 hours to 14 days,changes of neurons in septal preoptic region were observed by light and electron microscopes.Results:There were no significant statistical differences after five minutes of cerebral ischemia concerning changes of density and structure, but there was significant decrease in density, the neurons were seriously damaged after ten minutes of cerebral ischemia with cresyl violet staining sections.Under electron microscope,ultrastructural changes of neurons were reversible during recirculation after five minutes of cerebral ischemia,an irreversed structural damage was found in both neuron and astrocyte during recirculation after ten minutes of cerebral ischemia.Results:The neurons of septal preoptic region were more liable to be demaged after ischemia,the degree of damage was closely related to the time of ischemia and the time of recirculation.These histopathological changes provide an imortant morphologic basis for functional changes of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
