视神经胶质瘤的临床治疗探讨

Treatment for optic nerve gliomas

目的探讨视神经胶质瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法结合国内外文献对8例视神经胶质瘤的临床资料进行分析。结果8例视神经胶质瘤全部给予部分切除，7例给予术后放疗，2型给予术后放疗加化疗，1例给予单纯化疗，1例死亡，7例仍健在。结论视神经胶质瘤应给予积极的手术、放疗、化疗的综合治疗，治疗方案需进一步探讨。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of optic nerve gliomas. Methods The data of 8 patients with optic nerve gliomas were analyzed retrospectively according to the literatures. Results 8 patients with optic nerve gliomas were partial resected. 7 patients were given postoperative radiotherapy. Among them, 2 patients received postoperative radiochemotherapy. Only 1 patient had postoperative chemotherapy. All of them are still alive except one patient died. Conclusion The combinated therapy of surgery, irradiation and chemotherapy should be recommend. The combinated regimen needs further evaluation.
