分析了神火铸造型焦存放时挥发分升高原因。型焦加工过程中,大量细微铁屑进入型焦,炭化出炉型焦里的铁是以单质铁形式存在;在存放过程中接触水和空气,使单质铁部分氧化生成FOx。在挥发分测试过程中,高温状态下单质铁与C不发生反应,而FOx与C发生还原反应,从而造成挥发分结果有差异。另一方面,型焦孔隙吸附的水分和气体在测定条件下难以完全脱出,从而使挥发分结果增高。
The reasons for higher volatile-matter in the Shenhuo Foundry Coke is analyzed. The author pointed out that during processing a lot of scrap iron were entered into the coke, and present in monomorphic iron. By contacted with water and air during storage, they might be oxidized and formed the material of Fox. In the testing of volatile-matter it was found that the monomorphiciron would not reacted with the C, but the material of FOx could be reacted reductively with the C which made the difference of volatile-matter. Additionally, the water and air in aperture could not released out in the testing, which was another reason of making the volatile-matter higher.
