摘要 目的 应用d-芬氟拉明(d-FF)激发试验探讨急性精神分裂症的5-HT功能。方法 符合RDC和CCMD-2诊断标准的16例精神分裂症和16例正常人,口服30 mg d-FF后,以放射免疫法测定连续5小时的血浆激素水平。结果 经d-FF激发的两组受试者,血浆催乳素、皮质醇、和生长激素的分泌量显著增加、促甲状腺素无明显变化;d-FF激发的催乳素、生长激素反应病例组显著高于对照组。结论这些发现提示d-FF激发试验是评价中枢5-HT功能状态的有用工具,急性精神分裂症可能有中枢5-HT功能亢进。 Object: To explore 5-HT function in acute schizophrenics with d-fenfluramine (d-FF) test. Methods: The blood hormone levels of 16 cases of acute schizophrenics and 16 normal controls were examined with radioimmune assay for consequetive 5 h after taking 30 mg d-fenfluramine. Results: The blood levels of prolactin, steroids, and growth hormone were increased significantly, but not thyrotropic hormone. The increases of prolactin and growth hormone in schizophrenics were significantly larger than that of normal controls. Conclusion: It was revealed that d-FF test was an useful tool for the assessment of 5-HT function. There might be some hyperactivity in the function of 5-HT in acute schizophrenia.
