简述了人性化管理的基本含义,从树立以人为本的观念、对馆员实行人性化关怀、重视人才的培养和营造和谐的环境等方面探讨了高校图书馆加强人性化管理工作的新途径。
This paper expounds the basic connotation of the humanist management, and probes into some new paths for strengthening the humanist management of library from aspects of establishing the people-based concept, carrying out the humanistic solicitude for the librarians, paying attention to the cultivation of the talents, and building the harmonious environment, etc.
