长治市社会信息化水平的测度分析及对策研究

Analysis on the Measure of and Study on the Countermeasures for the Social Informatization Level in Changzhi City

在构建社会信息化指数模型的基础上,测算了2002—2005年长治市的社会信息化水平,指出了长治市信息化发展中存在的问题并提出了对策。

Based on constructing the exponential model of social informatization, this paper measures the level of social informatization in Changzhi City from 2002 to 2005, points out some problems existing in the development of informatization in Changzhi City and advances some countermeasures.
