Probe into the Reform of Realty Management Speciality in Professional Colleges

通过对物业管理行业人才需求的分析,提出了物业管理专业的人才培养模式和教学改革指导思想,论述了物业管理专业教学改革的具体做法。

Through analyzing on the demand on the talents of realty management, this paper advances the talent training mode and the guiding ideas of teaching reform of the realty management speciality, and discusses on some concrete methods for the teaching reform of realty management speciality.
