免疫组化双标记在经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤细胞起源研究中的应用 被引量:1

The application of double-staining technique in the origination study of classical Hodgldn lymphoma

摘要 目的探讨双标记技术在经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤的应用。方法对81例经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤应用免疫组化En Vision二步法进行CD30、BSAP的标记和免疫组化双标记技术进行BSAP/CD30的标记。结果CD30、BSAP的阳性率分别为100%(81/81)、58.02%(47/81),BSAP/CD30的阳性率为80.25%(65/81)。结论针对经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤背景细胞较杂、肿瘤性H-RS细胞较少的特点,BSAP/CD30双标记的应用可有效防止背景细胞在免疫组化标记中的影响,对H-RS细胞属性的研究实用价值高。 Objective To investigate the double-staining technique in classical Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods To analysis the expression of CD30 and BSAP immunohistochemieal EnVision methods was used and to analysis the expression of BSAP/CD30 double-staining technique was used in 81 CHLs. Results The expression of CD30 and BSAP were seprably 100 %, 50.02 %, the positive rate of BSAP/CD30 were 80.25 %. Conclusion Due to classical Hodgkin lymphoma has a mixed background and have very few H/RS tumor cell, BSAP/CD30 double-staining can avoid the contribution of mixed background, it have high value in research of the linage of H/RS cell.
