造血细胞与内皮细胞的相互关系及其研究现状

摘要 造血细胞和内皮细胞的相互关系已越来越为人们所重视,成为目前研究十分活跃的领域。造血细胞与内皮细胞表达某些共同的表面标记和基因,且两者能相互促进发育,内皮细胞在诱导造血细胞归巢方面也有一定作用,研究两者关系有较高的科研及临床应用价值,文章介绍了造血细胞和内皮细胞相互关系的研究现状。 The interrelation of hematopoietic ceils and endothelial cells has become the greatly active investigation field. Both of the two own a part of same surface markers and genes, and they can promote upgrowth each other; in the other hand, endothelial cells put some parts in the homing of the hematopoietic ceils. More and more people are attaching importance to it. The article introduced the relationship and recent development of hematopoietic ceils and endothelial ceils from three aspects: interrelation, assistance to scientific research and guidance to therapy.
