摘要
以亚磷酸二甲酯和甲基乙烯基二氯硅烷为原料制备了含羟基活性基的磷硅阻燃整理剂SP,并应用于棉织物,研究了各种工艺条件如阻燃剂用量、交联剂用量、催化剂用量、整理液pH值、焙烘条件及各种添加剂对阻燃效果的影响,并确定了最佳工艺。
The hydroxyl containing Phosphorus/Silicon flame retardant finishing agent-SP was prepared with dimethyl phosphonate and methyl vinyldichloridesilane as raw materials and used on cotton fabrics. The effect of process conditions and additives on the flame retarding results was studied and the optimized procedure was determined.
