摘要
本文通过对我国法律制度特点的分析,指出我国的法律制度属于大陆成文法系,在我国整体经济制度的转轨时期,其变革往往跟不上经济、社会和生态资源可持续利用的需要。文章对我国相关法律制度的现状和发展历程进行了简要的论述,最后就我国法律制度的创新提出了若干建议。
By means of analyzing the characteristics of our country＇s legal system, this paper points out that the legal system of our country belongs to the mainland＇s statute law system and its reform always can not keep abreast of the needs of the economy, society and the sustainable utilization of the ecological resources during the shifting period of our country＇s whole economic system. This paper has also briefly discussed the present situation and development course of our country＇s relative legal system and put forward several proposals about the innovation of our country＇s legal system in the end.
