伴有躯体疾病的老年抑郁症

Deperssion in elderly with or without somatic diseases

目的 了解老年病例躯体疾病对抑郁症的影响。方法 比较21例有躯体疾病的与无躯体疾病的老年抑郁症病例。结果 两组无明显区别,但有躯体疾病的病例抑郁症状较重。结论 躯体疾病会影响老年病例的情感症状。

Objective To declare the relationship between depression and somatic disease in elderly. Method To compare 21 cases of elderly who were sufferring from depression with somatic disease on the same time, with 22 oases without somatic diseases. Results There were no significant differences in manifestations between these two groups, but depression were much more se- vere in the group with somatic diseases. Conclusion Somatic disease has influence on depressive moor! in elderly cases.
