摘要
大线能量焊接12MnNiVR调质高强钢含铬、钼、钒等能形成碳化物沉淀硬化相元素,具有一定的再热裂纹倾向。用插销试验方法测定了12MnNiVR钢再热裂纹"C"形曲线和不同焊后热处理温度下临界断裂初应力,对其再热裂纹敏感性进行评定,并通过斜Y型坡口再热裂纹试验对结果进行验证,表明现场采取正确的焊后热处理措施,12MnNiVR钢焊接接头粗晶部位不会产生再热裂纹。
12MnNiVR quenched and tempered high strenght steel for big welding heat input contains Cr, Mo,V deposition harden element,and have reheat crack.susceptibility.We used the implant test method to determine the 12MnNiVR steel reheat crack "C" curve and differently SR critical fracture initial stress,carried on evaluat to reheat cracking susceptibility,and certify the result through the slanting Y silt type cracking test.It indicated the scene adopted correctly SR processing measure,the 12MnNiVR steel welded joints don't produce reheat crack.
