摘要
目前变电站远动装置时钟已精确同步,事件顺序(SOE)分辨率已经不大于2ms,但由于各个厂家对信号变位时的接点抖动处理方法不同,造成不同设备间SOE时标具有系统误差。针对这一问题介绍了目前远动装置在信号变位伴随抖动时SOE时间标注方法,分析了信号抖动原因,并给出一种较好的时标方法,指出变电站远动装置SOE时标处理方法应该统一。
Now the clocks of RTUs in substation have been synchronized precisely. The SOE's time-distinguishing ability has reached 2 ms. But different RTUs from different manufacturers run a different way to tagging the SOE time when the state signal experiences a vibrating period before it reaches a stable state, so great systematic SOE time deviations have been introduced. This paper analyzes the different SOE time tagging methods ,the causes of the vibration of digital signals. It gives a preferable time tagging method,and proposes that different SOE time tagging methods of RTUs should be uniform.
