用浑浊度仪测定青年人咀嚼效能的研究

STUDY ON MASTICATORY EFFICIENCY OF YOUTH WITH TUR-BIDIMETER

采用GDS—3A型浑浊度仪测定青年人的咀嚼效能,结果表明:①正常(牙合)、个别牙错位的错(牙合)青年人的咀嚼效能均存在着个体差异,男性明显高于女性(P<0.01);②个别牙错位的错(牙合)青年人的咀嚼效能明显低于正常(牙合)者,仅为正常(牙合)的81.38％(P<0.01);③正常(牙合)18～21岁与22～25岁青年人间咀嚼效能无明显差异(P>0.05);④单侧咀嚼习惯与双侧咀嚼习惯的青年人间咀嚼效能无明显差异(P>0.05);⑤正常(牙合)青年人的咀嚼效能与咀嚼次数无明显相关(P>0.05)。提示对于错(牙合)畸形明显妨碍咀嚼效能者临床上应尽早予以治疗。

The masticatory efficiency of youth was measured with GDS-3A turbidimeter. The results showed that; (1)Thete were individual discrepancies fromone another in the masticatory efficiency of youth with either normal occlusion or mal-occlusion of individual tooth malposition. The result of the male group was; significantly higher than that of the female group (P<0. 01). (2)The masticatory efficiency of youth with normal occlusion was significantly higher than that of youth with malocclusion of individual tooth malposition (P<0. 01). The ratio of the latter to the former was only 81. 38%. (3)There were no distinct differences about the masticatory efficiency between 18~21 years old group and 22~ 25 years old group with normal occlusion (P>0. 05). (4)There were no distinct differences about the masticatory efficiency between youth with unilateral masticatory habit and bilateral masticatory habit (P>0. 05). (5)There was no distinct correlation between the masticatory efficiency and masticatory frequency of youth with normal occlusion(P>0. 05).
