摘要
针对传统的牵引电动机定子主极、换向极装配中的工艺材料缺陷,提出了采用环氧树脂和聚酰胺树脂添加H级填充泥这种新的磁极装配材料的方法,该磁极装配材料一体化程度高、密封性强,可以有效地防潮、防接地;并提出工艺实施过程浇注玻璃胶密封。这些改进已得到实施验证。
To correct the defects in the traditional processing materials used in the main pole of the stator and in the commutaing assemblage of the traction motor, it is proposed to use a new pole assembly material of epoxy resin and polyamide resin with H class filling mud. The assembly material features high iutegrition, strong sealing, as well as humidity and grounding proof. It is further proposed to pour glass glue for the sealing during the process. The improvements have been verified and applied.
