企业激励目标理论的合约逻辑与基本要义 被引量:7

摘要 企业的激励目标应该不仅仅局限于鼓励代理人更努力地投入工作和诱导代理人选择委托人所期望的行为,还应该关注代理合约对员工人力资本投资、企业人员构成调整、企业文化培育、企业战略执行等方面的激励与促进作用。本文主要探讨了企业激励目标理论的合约逻辑和基本内容,进而对其合约特点与理论局限性进行了简要评论。
