西方顾客感知价值探测方法评介 被引量:11

摘要 本文通过对国外顾客感知价值研究文献的梳理,对经典和最新的顾客感知价值探测方法进行了介绍,并在此基础上对各种探查方法和描述方法进行了评价,最后提出了未来的研究方向。
