摘要
在大型工业产品设计中往往因结构复杂,给产品的使用者在培训过程中带来一定困难。为了解决对复杂机构的内部构造和拆装过程的细化了解,急怠找出一种解决方法,试图用动态模拟的方式,使产品在动态拆装过程中,用人机交互的形式展示产品内部结构,以此来达到培训人员深入了解该产品的目的。本文以适用铁路客车转向架为例,编制了一套对该产品进行三维动态拆装的模拟系统,主要对该系统的开发方法进行研究。重点阐述该系统实现的技术内容、开发工具的选择及其特点,以及系统的设计过程及方法。
Because of complex structure in designing large industrial production, it's difficult to train who use these production. In order to make users thoroughly understand the internal structure and the process .of assembly and disassembly of complex organ, we propose to use the technique of dynamic simulation to display interior configuration of the production. During the dynamic assembly and disassembly, we apply human-computer interaction to demonstrate this product. Take bogie used by railroad passenger car for example, we design a system for simulating three-dimensional dynamic assembly and disassembly of the production. The paper mainly includes the research for the exploitation method of the system. It also expatiates that: the achievement of the system design, the selection and feature of the tools, the design procedures and methods of the system.
