摘要
有机玻璃拉伸机是生产航空玻璃的重要工序,要求在恒温、恒力条件下沿平面内四个方向均匀拉伸,以改变有机玻璃材料组织,提高其强度。其控制系统包括温度控制,拉力控制,拉伸速度控制。基于VB和PLC开发了有机玻璃拉伸机监控系统,并以实验证明了该控制程序具有高的可靠性和实用性。
The plexiglass stretcher is the important working procedure to produce the aviation glass. The aviation glass is equally stretched on the condition of constant temperature and constant pull along the plane in four directions in order to change the plexiglass material organization and enhance its intensity. Its control system includes temperature-control, pulling-control, speed control. The monitoring system of the plexiglass stretcher is developed based on VB and PLC, and the experiment had proven that this control procedure had the high reliability and the usability.
