摘要
对籼稻品种“籼小占”、“胜巴丝苗”经空间诱变后的SP2代单株进行了品质测定.分析结果表明,空间诱变可以有效地创造品质性状变异,特别是降低直链淀粉含量,提高胶稠度级别,但对碱消值并未显著影响.还对空间诱变水稻品质性状变异与育种关系进行了讨论.
The grain quality of SP2 generation of two indica rice variety "Xianxiaozhan" and "Shengbasimiao" was studied. The results showed that the space mutation could improve the grain quality, especially, reduce amylose content and increase gelconsistency. But alkali spreading value was not obviously effected by space mutation. The relation of grain quality variation by space mutation and rice breeding was discussed.
