摘要
通过丙烯酸高碳酯与马来酸酐二元共聚进行胺解反应得到一系列新型高凝原油降凝剂,并进行筛选,从中选出丙烯酰高碳胺与共聚物结合后的降凝剂降凝效果最好,凝点降幅大于10℃;进一步回归出加剂和未加剂原油的全粘温方程,方程呈对数关系。实验证明:加入富含胺基的大分子降凝剂后,原油的流动性能变好,析蜡点可降低5℃左右。
A series of new style crude oil pour point depressants were synthesized by aminate of acrylic alkyl ester and maleic anhydried bipolymer. Acrylic amide with long alkyl side chains was selected to be the best one by which the crude oil freezing was lowered over 10℃. At the same time the viscosity-tem- perature equation was regressed to be logarithmic. As a result of the experiment, the large aminate molecular addition of the pour point depressant improves crude oil flow and the wax apperance temperature deoresses about 5℃.
