摘要
介绍了特种用途电线电缆的特点,重点论述产品的设计和研究的特点及其指导思想。以耐高温、耐辐照、低噪音同轴电缆和水下航行体遥测专用电线的设计研究为主题,论述电线电缆设计和研究的科技人员,如何向与电线电缆配套的电气装备设计研究科技人员进行调研、学习和交流,知识互补,开拓知识领域,只有这样才能及时地制定和选择正确的设计研究技术路线及方案,迅速地获取科研成果,很好地满足使用要求,这是开发研究产品唯一的捷径。
This paper presents the characteristics of special-purpose wire and cable ,focus being laid on the description of the design, research and philosophy of special-purpose wire and cable. Taking high-temperature, irradiation resistant and low-nose coaxial cables and the telemetric cables for under-water vehicles as examples,this paper presents how the technical people for the design and research of wire and cable consult, learn from, exchange with and cooperate with those for the design and research of the electric equipment containing the wire and cable in question in order to develop new products and technology. Only by doing so can the engineers of wire and cable find a right technical solution and programme,make achievements in science and technology soon and satisfy the customers' requirements,this is the only short cut for R& D of new products.
