摘要
目的:了解汉语儿童英语阅读障碍大脑两半球的功能活动特征及两半球之间的协同活动功能,为进行特定的脑功能训练和治疗提供基础研究资料。方法:通过单视野速示法,采用需要大脑两半球参与的注意广度测验,比较34例阅读障碍儿童(障碍组)和34例对照组儿童的视野辨别阈限值。结果:①障碍组中视野和右视野的辨别阈限值明显低于对照组(P<0.001);②∠γ余弦值存在显著的组间差异(P<0.01),而∠β(左视野/右半球)余弦值两组之间则差异无显著性意义;∠α(右视野/左半球)余弦值两组之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),对照组右视野和中视野的错误率基本均衡。结论:提示英语阅读障碍儿童可能存在左侧大脑半球功能的激活不足以及左、右大脑两半球功能活动协调不良的趋势。
Objective:To study the characteristics of the function of cerebral hemispheres in Chinese children with English reading disorder(CERD)and inter-hemispheric coordination. Methods: By using the method of rapid divided visual field perception recognition and the figure span decision task, the cerebral hemispheric asymmetries in 34 Chinese children with CERD group and 34 normal children (control group) were studied. Results: The values of distinguished limen in both right or middle visual fields in CERD group were significantly lower than in the control group (P〈0.00l) ; The values of ∠γ cosine and of ∠α cosine (right visual field/left hemispheric) showed significant differentce between two groups (P〈0.00l), but there was no difference in the value of ∠β cosine (left visual field/right hemispheric). The control group had a balance error ratio in middle and right visual field. Conclusion: The complementary (or inter-hernispheric coordination) function between the two hemispheres was reduced in CERD group,
