电刺激小脑顶核对椎动脉型颈椎病患者功能的影响 被引量:4

The Effect of Cerebellar Fastigial Nucleus Electrical Stimulation on Function of the Patients with Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

摘要 目的:探讨电刺激小脑顶核对椎动脉型颈椎病平衡能力和前庭功能的影响。方法:61例临床诊断为椎动脉型颈椎病的患者分为电刺激小脑组(FNS组)41例和常规组20例,均接受内科常规治疗,常规组增加中频电疗,FNS组增加小脑顶核电刺激。治疗前后采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)评定平衡功能,椎动脉型颈椎病功能评定量表(FS-CSA)评定综合功能。结果:治疗20次后,与治疗前比较2组BBS评分明显提高,FS-CSA评分明显下降(P<0.05或0.01),与常规组比较,FNS组表现更突出(P<0.01)。BBS与FS-CSA评分有良好的一致性(r=0.79-0.99)。结论:FNS治疗在改善椎动脉型颈椎病功能方面明显优于中频电疗法。 Objective:To observe the effect of cerebellar fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation (FNS) on function of the patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type (CSA). Methods: Sixty-one inpatients with CSA, 24 males and 37 females, aged 43 to 67 years, were randomly divided into the FNS group and the control group. All patients were regularly treated with drug and cervical traction. In addition, the patients in the FNS group were subjected to cerebellar fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation, while those in the control group to medium frequency electrotherapy. The Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and the functional scale for CSA (FS-CSA) were used to assess the equilibrant and the functionality of the patients. Results: The scores of BBS were higher and the scores of FS-CSA were lower after treatment than those before treatment (P〈0.01). As compared with control group, the scores of BBS were significantly increased, while the scores of FS-CSA decreased markedly in FNS group (P〈0.01). There was good correlation between the scores of BBS and those of FS-CSA (r=0. 79-0. 99). Conclusions Cerebellar fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation is significantly superior to medium frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of CSA.
