乙肝表面抗原大蛋白的临床意义

摘要 目的:通过检测乙肝患者血清中乙肝表面抗原大蛋白(hepatitis B virus large surface prote in,LHBs)、HBV DNA、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT),比较LHBs与二者的相关关系情况。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测LHBs以及乙肝两对半(HBV M),采用荧光定量PCR方法对患者HBV DNA进行检测,采用全自动生化分析仪检测ALT。结果:①LHBs吸光度与HBV DNA拷贝数呈良好的相关关系;②LHBs与HBV DNA的符合率明显高于HBeAg与HBV DNA的符合率(P<0.05);③LHBs阳性患者中ALT明显高于LHBs阴性患者。结论:乙肝表面抗原大蛋白(LHBs)可以填补由于病毒变异引起的HBeAg检测的不足,并在一定程度上反映了肝功能状况。 Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of HBV large protein (LHBs), we detected LHBs, HBV DNA, ALT and the hepatitis B viral markers(HBV M) in the serum of the patients infected with HBV. Methods:LHBs and HBV M were analyzed by ELISA; HBV-DNA was quantitatively detected using real-time PCR and ALT was assayed by auto biochemical analyzer. Results: ( 1 )There was positive correlation between The OD value of LHBs and HBV DNA level. (2)The coincidence rate of LHBs and HBV DNA was obviously higher than that of HBeAg and HBV DNA ( P 〈 0.05 ). (3) the average value of ALT in LHBs positive patients was higher than that of LHBs negative patients. Concluslon:There is a perfect correlation between LHBs and HBV DNA, and LHBs is a reliable serological marker that can reflect the replication of HBV. The average value of ALT in LHBs positive patients was higher than that of LHBs negative patients. LHBs can partially reflect liver function.
