摘要
在实验条件下,采用自然光和白炽灯光照射,观察未吸血长角血蜱幼蜱的向光行为。结果表明长角血蜱具有明显的向光性。对两种光线的反应差异没有显著性(T=0.1275,P>0.5)。向光行为使长角血蜱幼蜱在白天宿主活动期间更易得到宿主。
Abstract: The action of unmeal larvae of Haemaphysalis longicornis Neumann are observed under experimental irradiate with sun light and incandescent lamp. The result have shown that the unmeal larvae move obviously towards light. The differences of ticks' reaction to both light ray are not of significance. The habits of ticks take it easy seeking a host during the days.
