酵母菌2号培养最佳条件的选择

成人特发性乳糖酶缺乏症的发生率极高,这些人进食牛奶后会出现胃肠胀气、腹痛、腹泄等对牛奶不耐受的消化不良症状。为解决这一问题,自1989年起,国内外不少学者主张用酶替代疗法,即将人工培养制备纯化的乳糖酶直接加入牛奶中以水解其中的乳糖来弥补成人乳糖酶的缺乏。我们以此为课题进行了酵母菌菌种的培养筛选,以找出理想的菌种及其培养的最佳条件,并为进一步在实验室提取纯化制备乳糖酶打下基础,以便在不久的将来将其运用于生产实际。

Abstract: The rate of adult lactase - deficiency is very high. These people feel abdominal distension, abdominal pain and diarrhea when they drink a cup of milk. In order to resolve this problem, many foreign and chinese acdemics have advocated using enzyme substitution therapy. Relating to this subject, we did some experiments on the culturing and screening of yeast No. 2 in our laboratory, so that we could select the beast conditions on culture yeast No. 2, collect and purify lactase from it efficiently, we will then extend its application step by step.
