摘要
针对凡口铅锌矿1号尾矿库的尾矿特征,采用0.074 mm细筛分级、摇床重选,使40%的脉石矿物抛尾,减轻了后续磨矿和浮选成本,同时富集了硫、铅、锌、银、镓、锗等有价元素。通过控制加入硫化钠的用量和时间,改善了硫精矿的浮选条件,得到了一种新的从铅锌尾矿中综合回收硫精矿的工艺流程。小型试验结果表明,尾矿经细筛分级、重选和浮选后,得到了含硫35.7%,总回收率为63.5%的硫精矿产品。
zinc mine Measures were taken to recover valuable minerals based on the analysis of the characteristic of Fankou leadrailings in No 1 railings pond. 40% gangue minerals can be discarded after a classification using 0. 074 mm fine screens and a gravity separation using shaking tables, therewith the cost of the subsequent grinding and the flotation process can be reduced, while sulfur, lead, zinc, silver, gallium, germanium, and so forth, can be enriched. By controlling the dosage and the feeding time of sodium sulfide, the flotation condition of pyrite concentrate was optimized, and a novel technical flowsheet to recover pyrite from the Pb/Zn tailing pond was proposed. Bench test indicates that, after fine screening classification, gravity separation and flotation, sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade of 35.7% and a recovery of 63.5% can be obtained.
