Research on Water-saving Legislation of Hebei Province

我省是水资源严重缺乏的省份,节水已经成为解决我省缺水问题最有效的战略举措。我省现有的节水法规已经不能满足节水工作的需要,因此我省应当尽快出台新的节水法规。

Water resource of Hebei Province is seriously deficient. Water--saving becomes the most effective action to solve the lack of water resources. The existed regulations on water- saving has not satisfied the needs. Therefore, new regulations must be legislated immediately.
