摘要
以JE22磁保持继电器为研究对象,针对其磁路中含有永磁机构的特点,分析了永久磁铁的工作情况,建立了动态计算数学模型,进行磁路分析和动态计算,并研究了不同控制参数对动态特性的影响。经实验验证,该模型和求解方法基本可以反映真实的吸合动态特性,为磁保持继电器的实际应用提供了理论依据。
Taking JE22 magnetic latching relay as study object, aiming at the features of the permanent maganetic mechanism contained in its circuit, analysis was made on the working conditions of permanent magnetic iron, to have established dynamic calculation mathematical model, to have carried out magnetic circuit analysis and dynamic calculation, and to have made studies on the impact on the dynamic features made by different control parameters. After verification by experiment, the model and resolving method can basically reflect real sucking-making dynamic features, providing theoretical basis for actual application of magnetic latching relay.
