摘要
从运行原理出发,建立了感应型无轴承电机磁悬浮力的解析模型。设计了一个模糊控制器,进而构建了一个基于模糊控制的自适应PID控制器;利用模糊控制器的模糊推理能力来实现PID控制器参数在线调整,以达到优化控制的目的。仿真结果表明,这种控制器与常规PID控制器相比可以取得较好的控制效果,有效地提高了感应型无轴承电机稳定悬浮运行的动、静态性能。
Based on its operation principle, a relatively accurate analytical expression of the magnetic levitation force for an induction-tyle bearing-less motor is proposed in this paper. A fuzzy controller is designed, and self-adapt PID controller on fuzzy control is constructed. By using ability of fuzzy reasoning, realize at-line adjust to PID controller parameter, to achieve optimize control. Simulation study verifies this controller can acquire better control effect, compare with general PID controller, and the effectiveness of the approach in improving the static and dynamic performance of an induction-type bearing-less motor.
