摘要
数字式电动执行机构以专用可编程控制器PLC为基础进行开发,完成对定制专用电动机构的开和关、现场和远控及故障等的控制。介绍了该机构采用PLC控制系统的硬件组成,可编程控制程序的设计以及系统通信软硬件的设计。该机构具有先进性、可靠性和操作方便等特点,降低了使用单位控制系统的布线成本和维护成本,得到了广泛应用。
Digital type electrical operating execution mechanism took special programable logic controller （PLC） as basis to carry out development, to fulfil for specially manufactured electrical operating mechanism to be switch on and off with site and remote control and breakdown controls etc. Introduction was made to the consisting of hardware of the system in adoption of PLC control system, design of programmable control programs and design of system communication soft ＆ hardwares. The mechanism is with advancement, reliability and easy in operation etc features, reducing the cable laying-out cost and maintenance cost for using unit control system, obtaining wide application.
