精神病院门诊患者苯二氮类药物的用药评价

An Evaluation on the Use of The Benzodiapines in Outpatients of the Mental Hospital

目的:了解精神病院门诊患者苯二氮类(BZD)药物的使用状况,评价临床用药的合理性。方法:回顾性调查我院2005年门诊处方。对其中使用BZD类药物的处方用药数据进行分析。结果:使用BZD类药物的处方约占17.2%。其中BZD单、联或加用其它镇静、催眠、抗焦虑药占36.01%;BZD+抗精神病药12.91%,BZD+抗抑郁药50.03%,BZD+抗精神病药+抗抑郁药1.043%。结论:DUI值提示,氯硝安定有一定滥用倾向;高比例联合用药,较长的服药周期必须引起临床高度重视。

Objective：To explore the use condition of the Benzodiaze pines （BZDs） in outpatients of mental hospital. Methods：To investigate and analyze the prescriptions of the BZDs in outpatients during 2005. Results： As pmscr/ption the use of the BZDs in prescription was roughly to occupy 17.2% in total. As drug BZDs used as single, united or added to other sedatives occupied36. 01% ：BZD ＋ antipsychotics12.91%, BZD ＋ antidepressants50.03%, BZD ＋ antipsychptics ＋ antidepressantsl. 043%. Conclusions： The value of DUI hints that clonazepam might be abused. Besides, a higher percentage association＇s use of some psychotics and a longer duration of drugs use must be especially regarded.
