聚苯乙烯/铝复合粒子的制备及热分析

摘要 通过原位聚合法,在超细片状铝粉表面聚合包覆聚苯乙烯薄膜,讨论了聚苯乙烯的转化率(C%)及其在铝粉表面的接枝率(PG%)、接枝效率(GE%)随反应条件的变化趋势,并采用FTIR、TEM对样品进行了表征,最后对复合粒子进行了TG-DTA分析。研究表明:制备复合粒子适宜的反应条件为: m_(St)/m_(A1)=1∶2、反应时间3h、m_(AIBN)/m_(St)=1:10,采用滴加偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)的加料方式。 Polystyrene film encapsulated on the surface of flaky aluminium of micro-particles was prepared by in situ polymerization.The conversion of monomer(C%),the percentage of grafting(PG%),and the grafting efficiency(GE%) were discussed.The encapsulated samples were analyzed and characterized by FTIR,TEM and TG-DTA.
