摘要
以10-(2,5-二羧基丙基)-9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO-ITA)、乙二醇(EG)为原料合成出新型反应型阻燃剂DOPO-ITA-EG,并通过红外光谱、1 H核磁共振谱对该化合物结构进行了鉴定。并探索了催化剂种类、投料比、反应时间等因素对收率的影响。结果表明,合成DOPO-ITA-EG比较适宜的反应条件为:n(DOPO-ITA):n(EG)=1:6,反应温度为185~190℃,反应时间为8h,高纯氩气作为保护气。
A novel flame retardant DOPO-ITA-EG was synthesized using 10-( 2, 5-dicarboxylpropyl) 9,10-dihydro- 9-oxa -10- phospha- phenanthrene- 10-oxide (DOPO-ITA) and glycol(EG) as starting materials and the product yield was counted. The structure of the obtained compound was identified by IR, 1HNMR. Factors that influenced the product yield such as catalysis glass, dosing ratio(charge ratio), the reaction time were discussed. The results show that the feasible conditions were determined as follows under high purely Ar: mol ratio of DOPO-ITA: EG is 1:6; the reaction time is 8 h; the reaction temperature is the range of 185 - 190℃.
