摘要
本文通过历史回顾,论述了在新闻传播学科开展双语教学的现实意义以及在教学实践中如何确定课程、安排时间等具体措施。本文还针对现阶段的实际情况,提出了如何突破现有局限,有效开展双语教学,如采用多媒体教学手段优化双语教学等。
Bilingual journalism education is supposed to meet the need of society to cultivate a great number of talented professionals with a global perspective and international communicating capacity. It is also an indispensable teaching approach to promote the growth of successful students who major in communication and have the capabilities to participate in the international affairs. This paper firstly traces back the development of bilingual teaching in China, then aims t.o demonstrate the realistic significance of carrying out bilingual instruction in the school of journalism and communication. It also provides applicable strategies to select appropriate subjects, sohedule the courses, and train qualified teachers who can use two languages. In addition, some effective measures to breakthrough the limitations of bilingual teaching have been discussed such as turn to electronic instructional means.
