摘要
本文将24只家兔随机分为4组,即合谷组、三阴交组、昆仑组和对照点组,分别施以电针,采用视觉电生理方法,在针刺前后及针刺过程中每隔5min记录闪光视网膜电图(FERG)1次,观察针刺对FERG的影响。结果表明,针刺合谷、昆仑组a、b波振幅增加,三阴交组振幅下降;合谷、昆仑组b波峰潜时缩短,而三阴交组峰潜时延后,针刺对照点对a、b振幅及峰潜时均无明显影响。
In order to demonstrate the effect of acupuncture on retinal function, the experiment was performed on 24 albino rabbits,which were divided randomly into four groups I i. e, Hegu group, Sanyinjiao group, Kunlun group and control group. They received electroacupunctute of Hegu (LI4), ssanyinjiao (SP 6 ),Kunlun(BL 60) and control point respectively. Flash Electroretinogram (FERG) was recorded before and after acupuncture, and during acupuncture once each 5 min.The results showed that amplitudes of both a--and bwaves increased in the Hegu group and the Kulun Group,and decreased in the Sanyinjiao group. The implicit time of b-wave shorted after acupuncture in the Hegu group and the Kunlun group,and delayed in the Sanyinjiao group. However, the implicit time of a-wave did not have evident change in all the groups. Acupuncture of the control point did not have marked effects on the amplitude and implicit time of and b-waves.
